In Michele’s 14 years at OUTFRONT Media, she has overseen the Marketing, Research, Creative, Inventory Management and Sales departments. In June 2017, she was promoted to the leadership position in Canada and took the helm as CEO. The company has set a course for aggressive growth and change over the coming years, fueled by significant investment in digital assets, audience intelligence and the creation of a dynamic and innovative team passionate about Out-of-home. She is committed to driving the business forward with passion, innovation and thoughtfulness.
Brandon Newman is OUTFRONT Media’s Chief Commercial Officer where he is charged with driving revenue generation and growth, overseeing the national sales team, client services and network management groups. With an innovative yet analytical approach to revenue generation and sales, Brandon has proven success in high-growth revenue development. Prior to joining OUTFRONT, he held the position of President at Dynamic Outdoor, which was acquired by OUTFRONT Media in June 2017. Brandon has spent his entire 20 year career in senior level roles within the Out-of-Home industry working through various cross-functional departments including sales, operations and development. Brandon currently sits on the board of directors for the Canadian Out-of-Home Measurement Bureau (COMB).
Nadine is responsible for the financial management of the company. She started her career in Accounting with Ernst Young as a staff accountant from 1987 to 1989 and received her Chartered Accountant designation in 1989. She has been with OUTFRONT Media for over 20 years. Her combined financial acumen, knowledge of our business and attention to detail are essential to our success and a key aspect of our ability to deliver superior customer service. She attended Wilfrid Laurier University, graduating in 1987 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) degree.
Mr. Murdoch is the Chief Development Officer for OUTFRONT Media. As a key member of the senior management team, he is responsible for overseeing all real estate development strategies and activities in Canada to strengthen and grow business market share with innovative new and existing products through acquisition, strategic partnerships and product development. Blair has worked in the out of home industry for almost 30 years. He has specialized in bringing innovative projects through complex government approval processes. Prior to joining OUTFRONT Media, Mr. Murdoch was a principle with Allvision Canada and Dynamic Outdoor. During that period he developed over 50 large format digital signs that are now being operated by OUTFRONT. Mr. Murdoch holds a Masters Degree in City Planning from the University of Manitoba.
George brings over 20 years of significant Out-of-Home Media experience, having worked for several of the largest OOH operators in North America. He has worked in a variety of senior sales, Consulting and leadership roles across both Canada and the United States George has a proven track record of always delivering high value while driving business results to our National and Regional Advertising partners. His current role as Vice President of Sales is to lead both the Toronto National & Retail Sales team by leveraging the existing strong foundation and by introducing our new Technology, Data and Audience Intelligence platform that will ultimately deliver highly effective results for our advertising partners.
Known for his competitive yet friendly and entrepreneurial spirit, Paul has more than 25 years of experience building relationships in the media business in Montreal. He was at CTV (CTV, TSN & RDS) and CanWest Global in broadcast sales & management positions for 15 years, followed by 4 years as VP of Sales with startup media company DAN Media, the pioneers in digital OOH. Paul was Sales Director at Zoom Media for 2 years and took new player Dynamic Outdoor in 2014 from ground zero upwards until the recent acquisition by Outfront Media.
Paul is very excited with his new challenge of leading the Quebec Outfront Media sales team, a company that now owns the best digital outdoor assets in Canada and is the dominant player in outdoor. With Paul at the helm, we know we can elevate our Quebec position to a new level now that we have almost doubled our digital inventory with 45% share of this market, delivering 2 million daily digital impressions
Melody Warman has been a strong asset to this company. She has worked with OUTFRONT Media for over a decade, and has continually grown our business with her ambition and strategic focus. Building off of her experience as an account manager, Melody has quickly risen into a leadership role in the Canadian market. She brings a wealth of industry experience and her own innovations to improve the performance of our entire sales team.
With over a decade spent in the out-of-home and media industries, Amanda is an innovative executive with a keen focus on branded marketing and technology as drivers to a successful business. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media & Communications and a graduate degree in Computer Programming & Systems Analysis positions Amanda strategically as the point person to drive OUTFRONT’s Audience Intelligence, BigData and Emerging Platforms initiatives in Canada. Using these tools as leverage to elevate the OUTFRONT brand and market share. Amanda joined OUTFRONT Media as part of the acquisition of Dynamic Outdoor in June of 2017 and prior to that she held senior level positions at both Cieslok Media, Titan Outdoor and PostMedia. Amanda is a member of the Research Committee at COMB and the DOOH, Programmatic and Data/Analytics Committees of the IAB Canada.
Stephen is responsible for managing and expanding the company’s real estate assets, and associated obligations to landlords. He works closely with the company’s nation-wide network of real estate managers and representatives, and is particularly interested in the development of municipal By-laws and regulations. Stephen began his career with OUTFRONT Media Canada over 25 years ago. After attending Dalhousie University, he began his Real Estate career in our Halifax office, later moving to Head office in Toronto.
Christopher is a strategically-focused executive with a proven record of growing businesses in the media industry. He has worked as an entrepreneur, a board member, and as an executive in Canadian and international organizations where he developed a well-rounded expertise in M&A (mergers and acquisitions), business development, project management, and government relations.
In his most recent role before joining OUTFRONT Media, Christopher was a key player in the expansion of Allvision's digital footprint into two new markets and doubled the company's overall asset base.
As the new VP of Business Development at OUTFRONT Media, Chris will use his expertise to further drive our business forward.
Joel joined OUTFRONT Media in 2018 as the Vice President, Information Technology, bringing with him extensive experience in the creation of new, and optimization of existing Digital out-of-home networks, along with a passion for the Out-of-home industry at large. He is a driven IT professional who has an innate ability to lead people, with proven success in developing solutions that address the unique needs of a respective business. His objective at OUTFRONT Media is to create flexible platforms that facilitate innovation in the interest of redefining the capabilities of Out-of-home advertising while maximizing campaign effectiveness for the brands we represent.
Tim has worked with OUTFRONT Media since 1979 and has held a number of positions within the organization throughout the years. He now holds the position of Vice President, Operations, responsible for all Canadian markets. Tim is responsible for the timely and safe installations and removal of all OUTFRONT Media advertising products across the country. His extensive product knowledge and familiarity with the Canadian Outdoor industry are without equal and he is an integral part of the OUTFRONT Media team.
Esther is responsible for the management of OUTFRONT Media’s greatest asset: its people. After graduating from Business Administration and Human Resources Management Certificate programs at Ryerson, Esther began her career in Human Resources at OUTFRONT Media. She is a member of the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA) and holds the CHRL designation. As the Human Resources Vice President, Esther guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies and programs, for all of Canada. She is also the Privacy Officer for OUTFRONT Media Canada. She has been with OUTFRONT Media for over 25 years.
